If you do not see what you are looking for, please call for other menu options.  Our Chef is trained in many styles of cooking and would love to create a custom menu for your event.  For groups larger than 20, there is no charge for delivery, set up, or breakdown, please call for groups under 20.  All of our menus include disposable service ware, serving utensils, and chafing dishes. Prices do not include state sales tax of 8.4% or service charge of 18%.  For larger events, service staff is included to maintain buffet.  Budd Bay Cafe is fully licensed to provide alcoholic beverages to your event.  We can also provide experienced servers for sit down service.

All lunch packages are $12.95 per person. 

Italian Pasta Buffet

Choose one or Two if Twenty or more:

Fettuccine with Marinara and Parmesan, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Seafood Fettuccini, Chicken Rosemary Fettuccine, Vegetable Pasta Rotelle, or Meat Lasagna. All Entrees served with Caesar Salad, Garlic Bread and Chef's Choice of Dessert.

All Lunches are accompanied by Garden Pasta Salad, Fresh Fruit and Dessert.

Parmesan Basil Chicken
Salad, California Turkey w/ Guacamole, Fresh Garden Veggie, Roast Beef, Roast Ham, Shrimp Salad, or Oven Roasted Turkey.

Rosemary Chicken

Pan roasted with Artichoke Hearts, Sun-dried Tomatoes and Mushrooms.  Served with Caesar Salad, Yukon Butter Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Steamed Garden Vegetables, Warm Sourdough Rolls and Chef's Choice of Dessert.

Dungeness Crab Cakes w/ Red Bell Pepper Sauce

Served with Field Greens w/Roasted Tomato Vinaigrette, Island Rice, Fresh Steamed Garden Vegetables, Warm Sourdough Rolls with Butter and Chef's Choice of Dessert.

Marinated Flank Steak with Mushroom Demi Glaze

Served with Caesar Salad, Yukon Butter Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Steamed Garden Vegetables, Warm Sourdough Rolls with Butter and Chef's Choice of Dessert.

 

Deli Bar

An Assortment of Sandwich Breads, Deli Meat and Cheese Tray, Condiment Tray, Fresh Sliced Fruit Tray, Garden Pasta Salad OR Mixed Greens w/Roasted Tomato Vinaigrette, and Chef's Choice of Dessert.

Taco Bar

Your choice of Chicken or Beef, with Tomatoes, Lettuce, Red Onion, Jalapeños, Black Olives, Cheddar Cheese, Salsa, Sour Cream and Guacamole.  Served with your choice of Taco Shells or Warm Flour Tortillas, Mixed Green Salad with Your Choice of Dressing, and Chef’s Choice of Dessert.

Baked Potato Bar

Build your own Baker with Butter, Bacon, Chives, Cheddar Cheese, Red Onion, Sour Cream, Salsa, and Broccoli Flowerettes.  Served with Classic Caesar Salad, Warm Sourdough Rolls with Butter, and Chef’s Choice of Dessert.

BBQ Lunch Buffet

BBQ Chicken (legs, wings, thighs, breasts) and BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Home-Style Baked Beans, Budd Bay Potato Salad, Classic Caesar Salad, Fresh Baked Corn Bread with Whipped Butter, and Chef’s Choice of Dessert.

Holiday Feast
($13.95 per Person)

Including Oven Roasted Turkey, Honey Glazed Ham, Yukon Butter Mashed Potatoes, Pecan Stuffing, Giblet Gravy, Green Bean Casserole, Cranberry Sauce, Warm Sourdough Rolls with butter, Pumpkin Pie, and Pecan Pie.
